What to Expect at Your First Visit

  1. Pre-appointment You'll share bike model and goals when you call or request a quote.
  2. Proposal and timeline We present options — rebuild vs. re-valve vs. custom — with pricing and expected turnaround.
  3. On-site evaluation We inspect fork & shock internals for play, leaks, and wear.
  4. Work and Testing Service includes parts replacement, fine adjustments, oil filling, manual or vacuum bleeding and nitrogen charging. Test ride when a complete motorcycle is serviced.
  5. Post-service support Real testing when required to get your setting dialed in.
