  • Rider weight without gear and passenger information if applicable.
  • Typical terrain or riding use and any modifications to the vehicle.
  • Any symptoms observed (leaks, poor damping, handling issues).

Service Scheduling and Turnaround

We provide realistic timelines at the time of booking. Follow up services on interval (50 hours) can be completed quickly; full rebuilds and custom builds may take longer depending on parts availability and complexity. We keep communication open throughout the process and provide updates if timelines change.

Shipping and Receiving Instructions

Before shipping shocks or components, call (406) 876-6934. Ideally, the customer has received and approved a quote prior to shipping. We recommend insured shipping and sturdy packaging to prevent transit damage.
